AWS Launches AWS Cloud Quest 2.0, a Gamified Learning Tool

In this service, players take on the role of a cloud engineer to solve city-wide challenges using AWS solutions. While the controls remain the same as in previous versions, the game features expanded avatar customization and a richer, reconstructed 3D environment.

A new addition to the experience is the AI-powered interaction feature with virtual customers.

Players are required to sharpen their questioning and communication skills by interacting with virtual customers to clarify requirements. This process includes making decisions on technical trade-offs and correctly translating those requirements into AWS solutions.

Customer satisfaction is displayed numerically within the game. When a player successfully builds a solution that meets the requirements, the virtual customer celebrates with applause.
