Claude Code v2.1.275 has been released, bringing several functional improvements to account management and user workflow.

New Features and Improvements

Account Synchronization: Users can now sync enabled skills and plugins from their claude.ai accounts to terminal sessions.
Message Control: A new "send-now" key (Ctrl+Enter or Ctrl+X Ctrl+S) allows users to interrupt the current turn and send all queued messages at once.
Plugin Management: Added a plugin installation command (/plugin install <plugin> --marketplace <source>) that offers marketplace integration.
Enhanced VS Code Integration: Added capabilities to view, edit, and delete saved memory within the Memory dialog and to accept or reject specific changes in the proposed-change diff tab.
Improved Observability: Added startup warnings for otelHeadersHelper failures and improved error messages for Claude Desktop connection issues.

Interface and Stability: Fixed several crashes related to session resumption, fullscreen mode, and background agent management.
File and Tool Handling: Resolved issues where the Read tool could hang under memory pressure and fixed incorrect file permission rules in /update-config.
