Anthropic, Gamma, and Clay to Discuss Enterprise AI Deployment Challenges at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026
Cat de Jong, Head of Applied AI at Anthropic, will provide insights into how organizations transition from AI pilots to production. Her discussion will focus on where enterprise deployments succeed or stall, and the factors that enable organizations to extract sustained value rather than abandoning experiments after the initial phase.
Representing the product perspective, Gamma Co-Founder and CEO Grant Lee will discuss the challenges of building AI products that foster long-term user retention. The conversation will address how companies adapt to users employing AI in ways that differ from original design intentions.
Kareem Amin, Co-Founder and CEO of Clay, will contribute the perspective of integrating AI into business operations, specifically regarding data ingestion and agentic workflows. Clay was previously noted as one of the launch applications integrated into Claude's interactive workplace tools.
The TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 event is scheduled to take place from October 13–15 at Moscone West in San Francisco.
