The organization consists of four layers: the AI Department Head, the AI Board (CxO functions), AI Managers, and AI Employees. AI Employees are generated and appointed by AI Managers based on internal operational needs and perform their duties through an onboarding process that incorporates NEC's code of conduct. Additionally, the AI will autonomously learn missing skills and undergo continuous updates.
The company stated that during a one-month internal proof-of-concept conducted in July, AI performed management analysis for executive meetings and risk precursor detection, resulting in a reduction of operational time to approximately one-seventh.
