Reactor Atlas, an Aggregator of Nuclear Energy Information, Released

The project aims to aggregate fragmented operational and commercial data. The base layer indexes power reactors, research reactors, and nuclear fuel facilities by country, providing their history and predictive data.

Furthermore, it monitors news related to each facility, political declarations affecting the nuclear energy landscape, and geophysical news such as earthquakes.

On top of these operational and news layers, an intelligence layer is being built that allows users to subscribe to specific notifications. Through this, the project aims to assist various organizations in making rapid decisions.

Regarding the development process, the developer stated that they focused on system design using AI agents and implemented the project without writing a single line of code. Specifically, the development was carried out using Claude 3.5 Sonnet (noted as Fable 5.1 in the original text) along with a technology stack including Next.js, Three.js, and PostgreSQL.
