In the survey, 44.4％ of respondents stated that they want to acquire AI and digital tool skills for their work. The most common reason for wanting to acquire these skills was "because it leads to improved work efficiency," accounting for 73.7％. This was followed by "because of concerns about future career and employment" at 30.8％, and "because of interest in new technologies themselves" at 24.1％.
On the other hand, discussions regarding the use of AI and DX in the workplace remain limited. The number of respondents who answered that DX or AI utilization is "never discussed" or "hardly discussed" in the workplace reached a combined 73.0％.
Satisfaction among those who have experience receiving AI/DX training was high, totaling 89.3％ ("somewhat satisfied" 64.3％, "very satisfied" 25.0％). Among those who have not received training, the most common requirement for future training was "practical content that can be used immediately in actual work" at 23.2％.
