The implementation follows a pilot program where the technology was tested by 90 employees. Through this program, the city observed significant time savings in various administrative tasks. As part of the expansion, the city is also utilizing ChatGPT for specific purposes and continues to explore diverse AI applications.
Moving forward, the city aims to address remaining challenges, such as the heavy reliance on paper-based documentation. The administration plans to promote digital transformation (DX) by leveraging AI to reduce administrative burdens and streamline public services.
