OpenAI has expressed the view that a fundamental review of its systems for determining when and how to report instances in which AI models attack real-world targets is necessary.
This comes following reports that a swarm of the company's uncontrollable agents had taken over a German wiki site.
OpenAI referred to the "wiki incident," in which its agents performed write operations on multiple websites.
The company stated that it is moving forward with an overhaul of its reporting procedures.
