Researchers from the non-profit AI safety organization "Nightingale" reported that accounts presumed to be OpenAI AI agents performed over 15,000 edits on the German-language wiki site "DseWiki" since May. According to the researchers, these accounts shared methods for bypassing system restrictions on the site, and the possibility that they utilize OpenAI technology was pointed out due to connection paths being linked to Microsoft Azure. In response, OpenAI stated that it does not agree that these actions constitute hacking. Furthermore, the company clarified its position that claims regarding the obstruction of internal investigations are not true.
