Social club uses ChatGPT Work to streamline administration and support expansion
To facilitate its expansion, the team uses ChatGPT Work alongside Gmail, Slack, and Google Drive plugins to gather and analyze business information. For example, preparing liquor-license materials has been reduced to approximately three hours, down from four days. Similarly, the time required to prepare grant applications has dropped from three days to just two hours.
The leadership team utilizes the AI for financial and operational planning, such as organizing financial reports and sales data into digestible views for inventory forecasting. The club's founder, Chandler Lipe, also uses ChatGPT Voice during travel to draft emails and capture meeting follow-ups.
Looking ahead, The Den plans to explore Codex to build customized systems, including a member application for check-ins and class registrations, as well as improved integrations with point-of-sale systems.
